ALL ADULTS IN THE ROOM MUST BE REGISTERED. All vehicles must be registered.

Lee Gardens Orlando has a NON-SMOKING POLICY. Smoking is strictly forbidden in ALL guests’ rooms.

All pets must be registered, there is a separate pet fee. Lee Gardens Orlando has a PET-LEASH POLICY. All pets must be leashed outside of the room.

Lee Gardens Orlando is DRUG FREE.

“QUIET TIME” is from 10:00 PM to 8 AM.

Following Items Are Not Allowed

• Any police matter involving your suite.
• Leaving a minor child unattended.
• Illegal substance or firearms possession on property
• Parties, disorderly conduct, loud music, or loud noise
• Consuming alcoholic beverages outside of your room on property, including the parking lot.
• Throwing grease, foods, and such in the sink, bathtub, or toilet.
• Junked or inappropriate vehicles on the property.
• Parking utility trailers in the parking lot.
• Parking without the hotel parking permit / Parking in an unauthorized area / parking in reverse.
• Blowing vehicles horn in the parking lot.
• Speeding
• Unsanitary living conditions.
• Trash left in unassigned areas.
• Loitering outside of the room.
• Walking outside of the room without a shirt or shoes.
• Leaving your room open and unlocked.
• Nude or immodest sunbathing.
• Unregistered guests in room and/or hotel premises.
• Operating grills, outside barbecues or creating other fire hazards, using a cooking burner and hot plate.
• Using skates, scooters, skateboards, or bikes on walkways.
• Washing, repairing and/or advertising the sale of vehicles on the property (Said vehicles are subject to towing at owners’ expense)
